This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, tv, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff kindly guided me to where I needed to go. Highly recommend for a comfortable experience-I'll be back for Christmas!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Great location.
No underground parking. Parking costs extra and is located in the neighbouring shopping complex.

I like the spacious rooms, the quality construction of the hotel, and the location which is so close to the lrt and downtown. I appreciate having the suite hotel option; it is like staying in a comfortable condo.
Sometimes there are glitches with the phones.this has been consistent over all the times I have stayed there. (Trying to arrange for a wake-up call involved a conversation with someone at the front desk, because the code on the phone didn't work for that purpose). Also at one time there was no dial tone on the phone in the bedroom. The views are not great....but it wouldn't keep me from staying there.

The kitchen is well-equipped. I cooked meals for my family easily. Indoor parking was convenient during Christmas.

Property was perfect for us.
Truly enjoyed having a living room and an iron in the well decorated and well priced room. Kitchen was useful. Its location was magnificent, very close to coffee shops and a park, a Sobeys grocery, a liquor store, and many restaurants.

As soon as we walked in the front door it had a very warm, clean atmosphere. When we reached the front desk we were greeted with a smile and everytime after that. Each staff member (including the housekeepers) were friendly and more than helpful. I highly recommend the Canterra Suites for anyone that wants cleanliness, a home feeling while away. It was great having the kitchen because we didn't have to rush out the door in the morning to find breakfast and after a long day of walking and touring around it was great to come "home" and have a home cooked meal.

The fact that my family felt like it was a home away from home. Everyone got a good nights sleep. A sense of comfort at a fair price.
It is located in a location that is walking distance from just about anything you could ask for.

I thought being a guest here would be special, but how wrong i was. Not to mention the unkempt room-finding hair on the bathrobe? Really? I expected a nice room upgrade for all my troubles but was treated like just anyone else. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great rooms with kitchen and seating area. I had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen table and 3 TVs. Have stayed before in 1 br with 1 bath and full kitchen and desk and sitting area before as well. Grocery store and restaurants just around corner. There is a fitness room but no pool. Negative: hear sirens as close to General Hospital, could be a positive if you are seeing someone at the General Hospital
See above: no pool, sirens

A cozy stay with thoughtful staff
The staff were really nice too ensure a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen amenities were helpful for preparing meals, especially being close to grocery stores and eateries.
The public areas of the hotel felt a bit uninviting, and I wished for more secure parking options nearby, made me slightly uneasy at times.

The location was excellent and the facilities first class. The suite had a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The suite was very clean and the bed linen and towels were very good. A cot and high chair were both provided. The suite was fully serviced daily, and toiletries and tea/coffee were replenished on a daily basis. The lounge area had a TV and each bedroom had a TV and DVD player. There was ample wardrobe space. The staff were friendly and helpful.

missingWrote a review on 05 Octkitchen facilitiesspacious layoutinconvenient amenities
Kitchen facilities made meals easy and enjoyable. The layout of the condo offered plenty of space for relaxation.
No luggage rack in the room caused some inconvenience. Electrical outlets were lacking, leading to the hassle of unplugging devices to charge. It often stalled before opening. Cleaning left much to be desired, finding hair in unexpected places was off-putting. Check-in at 4:00 PM was on the late side.
